Ordering & Customisation
How do I place an order for a customised acrylic gift?
Choose your product (wall frame, LED name lamp, clock, name plate, keychain, car décor, table photo frame), click “Customize”, upload your photo/text, select options (size, colour, stand/hook, LED base), and add to cart. You’ll see a summary at checkout and receive an order confirmation by email/SMS.
Can I upload multiple photos or special instructions?
Yes. Collage frames and some plaques support multiple images. If a product has one upload field, place the order with one image and reply to the confirmation email with additional photos/instructions (order ID in subject). Our team will merge them in the design.
What file types and quality do you need?
JPG, PNG, or PDF are fine. For crisp printing/engraving, use high-resolution images (at least 2000px on the shortest side or 300 DPI). Avoid screenshots or WhatsApp-compressed images if possible.
Can I change my custom text, photo, or size after ordering?
Changes are possible until your order moves into production. Message us quickly with your order ID. Once printing or engraving starts, edits or cancellations aren’t possible.
Can your designers help if I’m unsure about the layout?
Absolutely. Share your idea and we’ll arrange the composition, crop photos, suggest fonts, and balance colours so the final piece looks premium and readable.
Design & Preview
Will I see a design preview before production?
Yes. For most customised items, we email/WhatsApp a digital mockup for approval. You can request tweaks to text, spacing, font, and placement. We begin production only after you approve.
Do you support different fonts and icon elements?
Yes. We offer modern, serif, script, and display fonts. We can also add simple icons (hearts, rings, stars, zodiac, etc.) on request so your design feels personalised but still clean.
Are colours and brightness 100% accurate to my screen?
We aim for a close match, but slight variation is normal due to acrylic’s reflective surface and differences between screen calibration and print/engrave output.
Can you remove/replace backgrounds or fix imperfections?
Yes. We can remove backgrounds, correct exposure/contrast, soften blemishes, and straighten or crop images at no extra cost for most items.
Do you have templates for occasions and festivals?
Yes—ready themes for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, housewarming, farewell, and festivals like Diwali/Christmas. Tell us the vibe and we’ll tailor it.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, major credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets via secure gateways. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Is GST included and can I get a GST invoice?
Yes—prices shown are GST-inclusive. If you need a GST invoice, enter your GSTIN at checkout and it will appear on your invoice automatically.
Are there extra fees for urgent orders or gift wrap?
Express processing/shipping and premium gift wrap are optional paid add-ons. Any additional fees are shown clearly before payment.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
COD is available on selected products/pincodes. Prepaid orders move faster through production and dispatch.
Do you have bulk discounts or coupons?
Yes—volume pricing is available for corporate/bulk orders, and we run seasonal offers. Subscribe to our newsletter for codes and early access.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery timelines within India?
Once your design is approved, production typically takes 1–3 business days. Standard courier delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 4–7 for other locations.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes—express options are available at checkout for eligible pincodes. This prioritises both production and transit.
How do I track my order?
When your parcel ships, you’ll receive SMS/email with a live tracking link. You can also check order status from your account page.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship across India. International shipping is planned—watch our announcements for launch dates.
What if the courier is delayed?
Weather/festive backlogs can cause delays. We’ll proactively follow up with the courier and keep you updated until delivery is completed.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange customised items?
Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns/exchanges for change-of-mind. If there’s damage or a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace or refund according to our policy.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please record an unboxing video and share photos within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us raise a claim with the courier and fast-track a replacement.
What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?
Examples include cracks, severe scratches on arrival, wrong engraving/print from our side, or non-functional LEDs. Minor colour variance vs. screens isn’t considered a defect.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel before production starts. Once printing/engraving begins, cancellation isn’t possible as materials are customised for you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. We’ll notify you once initiated.
Product Care & Maintenance
How should I clean acrylic frames, lamps, and plaques?
Use a soft microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water or mild soap solution. Wipe gently. Avoid alcohol, ammonia, and abrasive cleaners—they can cause micro-scratches or haze.
Do acrylic products scratch easily?
Acrylic is durable but can scratch if rubbed with rough materials. Keep dust off with soft cloths, and don’t stack items directly on the printed surface.
Are LED name lamps safe to keep on for long hours?
Yes—our LEDs are energy-efficient and safe. For longer component life, switch off when not in use and avoid covering the unit while it’s on.
Can I place acrylic items in direct sunlight or outdoors?
Indoor placement is best. Prolonged UV exposure and weather can fade prints or warp material. If used near windows, avoid harsh direct sun.
How should I store my product when not displayed?
Store in the original box or a soft sleeve with bubble wrap between surfaces. Keep in a cool, dry place away from heavy objects.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Do you offer bulk pricing for events or corporate gifting?
Yes—tiered discounts apply based on quantity, product type, and customisation complexity. Share your brief (quantity, deadline, branding) for a tailored quote.
Can you add company logos and brand colours?
Absolutely. We can engrave/print your logo, match brand colours, and include QR codes or taglines while maintaining a premium finish.
What is the typical lead time for bulk orders?
Small batches (20–50 units) usually take 7–10 business days after design approval. Larger runs depend on complexity and packaging needs—share your deadline and we’ll schedule accordingly.
Can you provide a sample before we confirm the full order?
Yes, we can produce a paid pre-production sample with your branding. This confirms quality and finish before the full run.
Do you offer customised packaging for corporate gifting?
We can provide branded sleeves, cards, and premium boxes. Share your budget and we’ll suggest options that travel safely and look impressive.
Gift Packaging & Messages
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes—premium gift wrap is available as an add-on. We use sturdy boxes and protective fillers so the unboxing feels special and arrives safely.
Can I add a personalised message card?
Definitely. Add your message at checkout, or email us after ordering with your order ID. We’ll print it on a matching card/theme.
Can you ship the gift directly to the recipient?
Yes—enter the recipient’s address at checkout. We’ll exclude pricing from the package and include your message card if added.
Do you have themed packaging for occasions?
We offer seasonal sleeves and ribbons for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, festivals, and corporate events. Themes are subject to availability.
Is gift wrap available for all products?
Most items support gift wrap. Very large wall pieces may have size-based limitations—if so, we’ll suggest an alternative presentation.
Warranty & Quality Assurance
Do LED name lamps and electronics come with a warranty?
Yes—6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in electronic components (LEDs, USB/power components). Physical damage or misuse isn’t covered.
How do you ensure products arrive without scratches or cracks?
We apply protective film on acrylic, add bubble wrap and corner guards, and use rigid boxes. Each unit passes a quality check before dispatch.
What’s not covered under warranty?
Wear and tear, scratches from improper cleaning, damage from drops/impact, liquid ingress, unauthorised repairs, or power surges aren’t covered.
How do I claim a warranty issue?
Share your order ID, a brief issue description, and photos/video of the problem. Our team will troubleshoot and arrange repair/replacement if eligible.
Do you provide authenticity or material certificates?
On request, we can provide a brand authenticity note and material specifications for premium products, subject to availability.
