At Fashionury, every order is crafted with care in our own facility in New Delhi and shipped pan-India through our trusted express courier network. We pride ourselves on being one of the fastest personalized gifting brands in India — delivering premium custom products to your doorstep in just a few days.

By placing an order on fashionury.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Customized products (photo frames, plaques, engraved gifts, custom mobile covers, LED lamps, etc.) are produced on priority and shipped without delay.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation the moment your order is dispatched.

All Fashionury products are made-to-order. Every item is printed, cut, and inspected specifically for you — and still ships within 1–2 days.


2. Fast Delivery Across India 🚀

We deliver to every pincode in India through our express logistics network.

📦 Standard Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (maximum)

Whether you're in a metro city, a tier-2 town, or a remote location, our committed delivery promise stays the same. From New Delhi to Nagaland, from Mumbai to Manipur — we get your order to you within 4–7 business days max from dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier partners, weather, festivals, or unforeseen events — but we work hard to honor our 4–7 day commitment on every order.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is offered on most orders across India (as displayed at checkout).
  • Where applicable, shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • Promotional free-shipping offers (festive sales, minimum order value, bulk orders) will be applied automatically.

4. Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • An email and SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details
  • A direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

If you don't receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please email us at fashionury@gmail.com with your order number.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please double-check your shipping address, pincode, and phone number before confirming your order. Fashionury is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or returned shipments caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Unreachable phone numbers
  • Customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package

If a package is returned to us due to any of the above reasons, re-shipment charges will be borne by the customer.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

We pack every order with multi-layer protective packaging, but if something goes wrong in transit, we'll make it right.

Report within 48 hours of delivery by emailing fashionury@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos/videos of the damaged product or packaging
  3. A short description of the issue
  4. A photo of the outer shipping box (if damage is visible)

Our team will investigate and respond within 24–48 working hours with a resolution — replacement, refund, or reshipment, as applicable.

Reports raised after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted, as we are unable to verify whether the damage occurred in transit or post-delivery.


7. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.

Eligible for Return / Exchange

Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered) ✅ Defective or damaged product received ✅ Product materially different from the website description ✅ Manufacturing fault identified on inspection

NOT Eligible for Return / Exchange

Customized or personalized products (unless defective or shipped incorrectly by us) ❌ Products damaged due to misuse after delivery ❌ Errors caused by incorrect customer input (wrong spelling, low-quality photos, wrong personalization) ❌ Change of mind after production has started ❌ Items returned without prior approval from our support team ❌ Requests raised after 7 days from delivery

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email fashionury@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos/videos, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, our team will share return shipping instructions.
  3. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  4. After inspection at our facility, we will process your replacement or refund within 7–15 working days.

Return shipping cost is borne by Fashionury if the issue is due to our error (defect, wrong item, damage). In all other approved cases, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production has begun.
  • A 20% processing fee (covering payment gateway, design setup, and admin costs) will be deducted on cancelled orders.
  • Once production has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

9. International Shipping

At present, Fashionury ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand globally — stay tuned via our website and social channels for updates.


10. Force Majeure

Fashionury shall not be liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes
  • Government-imposed lockdowns or restrictions
  • Strikes by courier partners or transport agencies
  • Regional unrest, riots, or curfews
  • Pandemic-related disruptions

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order at the earliest possible date.
