Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Customized products may take additional time depending on design and approval. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines within India are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or outstation areas may take longer. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can use this information to track your order directly with the courier partner.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Fashionury is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged package, missing item, or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fashionury@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the package/product. We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only if:

  • You have received a wrong item due to an error on our part.

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Customized products are not eligible for exchange, unless they are faulty or incorrect due to our error.

To request an exchange, please email us at fashionury@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange for an exchange or replacement.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
